2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or over who meet expatriate status criteria. All applications are subject to verification.
3. Membership Benefits
Worldwide Medical Cover: Automatically provided to all members under the trust model.
Additional Free Benefits: Digital vouchers or services (e.g. from Amazon or Apple) issued after the 14-day cancellation period unless the member waives that right.
Benefit offerings may be updated or changed as needed.
4. Member Conduct

5. Liability
Expat Trust is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or membership services.

Expat Trust does not control medical decisions, claims processes, or outcomes provided by partner organisations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 01/10/2025
This policy explains your rights to cancel your Expat Trust membership and the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.
1. Cooling-Off Period
1.1 You have the right to cancel your membership within 14 calendar days of activation and receive a full refund, provided no benefits have been accessed.
1.2 Activation begins upon confirmation of payment.

2. Digital Benefits and Refund Conditions
To protect your right to a full membership refund, free digital benefits — such as gift vouchers from Amazon, Apple, or Uber Eats — are not issued during the 14-day cancellation period.
These digital benefits are non-refundable once issued.
If you wish to receive your digital benefits before the end of the 14-day period, you must submit a written request confirming that:
You request early release of your digital benefits.
You understand and accept that once issued, these items cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
This ensures your membership remains eligible for a full refund, while making clear that digital rewards are separate and non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
4. After 14 Days
After 14 days:
Your membership becomes non-refundable.
You may still request cancellation, but no refund will be issued.

Expat Trust membership is available exclusively to individuals living outside their country of nationality or legal permanent residence.
1.2 Trust-Based Structure
Expat Trust is a trust-based membership program for expatriates. All qualifying members automatically receive the free benefit of worldwide medical cover, along with additional digital-based free benefits.
2. Membership Benefits
2.1 Medical Cover
Members receive access to global medical support as a free benefit of membership. Details are included in the digital welcome pack.
2.2 Digital Benefits
Two complimentary digital rewards are included with your membership, such as vouchers from Amazon, Apple, or similar. These are issued after the 14-day cancellation period unless you choose to waive your right to cancel in writing.
2.3 Subject to Change
The type and format of digital benefits may vary from time to time.
3. Membership Duration
3.1 Term
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
3.2 Activation
Activation begins upon successful payment. A digital welcome pack is sent to the member’s registered email address.
4. Cancellation & Refunds

5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate a membership in the event of misuse, false information, or breach of terms. Members may also cancel at any time; however, refunds are not available after 14 days.
